Weather Data

Sensor data is available through the TERRA-REF sensor data portal. The sensor data portal is used to organize, annotate, and process data generated by the phenotyping platforms. Datafiles are available via web interface or API. Access requires registration. After logging in, you will be able to explore available data organized by sensor platform.

What is the Sensor Data?

TERRA-REF includes a large amount of raw, calibrated, and derived products based on data generated by a diverse array of cameras and sensors deployed on platforms at multiple sites. Platforms include the LemnaTec Scanalyzer Field system (Maricopa), LemnaTec Scanalyzer 3D (Danforth), PhenoTractors, and UAVs. Data include spectral reflectance, 3D point cloud, flourescence, hyperspectral, multispectral stereo and infrared heat imaging. See the data product catalog for more information.

Trait Data

Agronomic and phenotype data, including plots and other locations of interest, can be accessed via the TERRA-REF phenotype database. Acccess to the phenotype database requires registration. After logging in, you will be able search and download agronomic and trait data.

TERRA-REF includes agronomic and trait data from both manual collection and automated phenotyping from images generated by the LemnaTec Scanalyzer 3D platform at the Donal Danforth Plant Science Center using PlantCV. For more information about the trait data, see the documentation.

Genomic Data

Genomic data includes whole-genome resequencing data for 384 accessions of the sorghum Bioenergy Association Panel (BAP) and genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) data for 768 sorghum recombinant inbred lines (RIL). Access to the raw and derived genomics data products requires registration with one or more services including Globus, CyVerse, CoGe, and/or the NDS Analysis Workbench.
